Hatha
Discover a yoga practice that expands your physical and mental flexibilty. Hatha yoga breeds physical and emotional intelligence through the refinement of asana (postures) of the body. Hatha- Dharma Inspired
Dharma Yoga infuses traditional yogic practices with the teachings of the Buddha. Linking postures with breath, movement itself will become our meditation as we expand our inner awareness and move closer toward uniting with our own innate sense of bliss or “Buddha Nature.” Yoga experience recommended. Hatha- Anusara Inspired (TM)

Kundalini

Postnatal Yoga ongoing series class is designed to support you in recovery from the physical, spiritual and emotional stresses of pregnancy and birth.  Feel empowered by your role as a mother by learning core strength, calm breathing exercises and the art of forgiving yourself. Prenatal
A gentle class modified for the ever-changing mama. Each week during pregnancy we experience drastic changes within our bodies. This class builds stamina and internal awareness to help prepare for the journey of labor. Restorative
Make peace with the present moment through the art of ultimate relaxation. Find yourself fully supported in this safe yoga class which is open to all levels. Healing Restorative
Experience a healing yoga practice set to the tunes of the sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls played by Jennifer, RYT and Sound Therapist. Stiff Man Yoga
We got tickled one day while discussing an idea that Joanna had to introduce a class called ‘Stiff Man Yoga’ for the highly inflexible. We started to like the idea so much that we are happy to introduce this class as a pedestrian guide to yoga! Can’t touch your toes? Have annoying injuries? No worries if you are not a man! Tots Yoga
This ongoing series class is for the little one who toddles up to age 4. Parents and little ones will sing, dance, laugh and make fun yoga shapes with their bodies. Learn how to deal with the fluxuations of Parenthood by discovering calming breathing techniques for the anxious toddler. Continue to bond with your toddler today!
