Robin
Robin first began practicing yoga in college, where she also obtained a kinesiology degree from UT. Since then, Robin has been enriching her yoga experience through teaching, learning and practicing. She is an ACSM certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. With this, Robin brings extensive knowledge of the human body that blends in perfectly with her passion for mindfulness and balance through yoga. Robin understands the physical benefits of a sound yoga practice and what flexibility can do for health. Additionally, the importance of breath and a quiet mind is present in all of Robin’s classes.
Robin’s style is grounded with Hatha roots, but can branch into playful or powerful, as the class allows. Her goal is to provide any student with a meaningful and satisfying yoga practice.
Joanna
Joanna Fried is the mother of an awesome 8-year-old and a very relaxed yogi. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and certified to teach for 8 years.
She recently completed the Radiant Child Yoga program taught by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. Her interest in teaching was fueled by a deep desire to not only share her love of yoga but to learn from her students and the world, the best way to deal with the chaos of daily life. Children are her perfect teacher as they see the world in an ideal, untarnished view with energy and ambition to shake and move.
