Sandi
To direct awareness to both the physical and subtle bodies, Sandi incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation) and restorative techniques into her classes. She combines different lineages of Hatha Yoga to meet the needs of her students and encourages students to find their own path of practice by knowing their limitations and then safely moving through them.
Sandi has complete Yoga Yoga’s Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Levels 1 and 2, Prenatal Training, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Currently, she is in Advanced Training with Mehtab at Yoga Yoga. Check out her blog!
