Jennifer
As a certified Tibetan Bowl Sound Healer, Jennifer guides her clients to fully experience vibration of sound for optimum health and wellness. She encourages that clients deepen their breath to awaken the innate frequencies as she leads a nada yoga (sound) practice. As she gently taps her ancient set of Tibetan Singing Bowls she lulls clients into a space of relaxation. Individual’s awareness to the subtleties in our world are enhanced, reconnecting what has been lost.
Jennifer, RYT and Sound Therapy Practitioner is specialized in Sound Therapy, Sound Massage, Therapeutic Treatments, Sound Restorative Yoga and Vibrational Healing. She privately studies with Tibetan Singing Bowl Master, Shree Krishna Shahi and Cynthia Cunningham as well as Vibrational Alignment Therapist, Joy Gardner. She opened Sacred Streams Center for Yoga & Healing to serve others.

To direct awareness to both the physical and subtle bodies, Sandi incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation) and restorative techniques into her classes. She combines different lineages of Hatha Yoga to meet the needs of her students and encourages students to find their own path of practice by knowing their limitations and then safely moving through them. Sandi has completed Yoga Yoga’s Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Levels 1 and 2, Prenatal Training, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Currently, she is in Advanced Training with Mehtab at Yoga Yoga.

Amber’s obsession with beauty and skincare began as a pre-teen when for her Junior High-school science experiment she compared various modes of hair removal and their efficacy –using her obliging mother as her test subject. Years later, after graduating from Texas State University where she studied art and design, she still felt that same devotion to skincare and attended Paul Mitchell Institute’s Facialist program. Amber’s passion is providing anti-aging and corrective skincare using local, natural products. She strives to understand each individual’s skincare needs in order to bring out their natural and innate beauty.
Melissa Spamer Sacred Streams Wellness Practitioner

Melissa is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute. She has studied with Dr. Vasant Lad, Swamini Mayatitananda, Sonia Masocco, Dr. Claudia Welch and Dr. Robert Svabodha.  Melissa offers ayurvedic consultations, treatments and workshops.  

Melissa is a certified massage therapist and credits the majority of her knowledge of the energetic and physical body to more then ten years of hands on healing around the globe. She has completed her professional certification from the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts and has trained in a range of modalities including, myofascial release, reflexology, deep tissue therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Melissa completed a one year internship studying acupressure therapy and incorporates the energetic philosophy of East Asia in all of her treatments. She is also certified in Thai Massage.

In Jodi (Mandeep)’s years of training, she has come to recognize that in order to truly heal, we must address more than just the mind. When we only look at the inner workings of the mind, we fall short and miss a substantial remainder of our being. Jodi’s holistic practice fuses together traditional talk therpy, yoga, breath and meditation as vehicles for growth, healing and wellness. Jodi (Mandeep) is a licensed professional counselor, Birthing from Within childbirth educator and doula, prenatal/postnatal therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. In all of these roles, Jodi (Mandeep) opens her door to clients of all ages, gender and walks of life to birth into themselves in each and every moment.
Dixie
Dixie Cochran has been training in Tai Chi for over 4 years. She has trained in a variety of other modalities including: Pilates, Yoga, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo and Shaolin Kung Fu. Dixie fell in love with the meditation and health benefits of Tai Chi and enjoys sharing her love of martial arts with others through personal private lessons. Dixie continues to train with Master Gohring and instructs Yang Style Tai Chi at Master Gohring’s Tai Chi and Kung Fu in Austin Texas.
